Currently, we are offering the following memberships:-

a. Residents Membership

The Residents Memberships are only offered to individuals who had purchased a property within the Cahaya SPK development. A Resident Member is subjected to Monthly Subscription Fee and Refundable Security Deposit. A Resident Member shall remain as a member of the Club as long as he is the registered owner of the property and comply with the terms and conditions of the Club Membership Agreement.

b. Non-Residents Membership

Non-Residents Memberships are offered to the public. Non-Resident Membership is subject to Membership Fee, Monthly Subscription Fees, Refundable Security Deposit and Processing Fee.

c. Term Membership

Term Memberships are offered to the public. The tenure of Term membership is for 12 months. Term Membership is subject to the Membership Fee, Refundable Security Deposit and Processing Fee.

d. Honorary Membership

The Honorary Memberships are only offered to individuals selected by the Club. The tenure of the Honorary Membership shall be at the discretion of the Club. An Honorary Member shall be entitled to all benefits and privileges of membership without payment of any Membership Fee or Monthly Subscription Fee.
